Yogalates is a flowing mix of Yoga and Pilates.

These two disciplines blend perfectly together. They have so much in common, such as smooth, flowing movements in time with the breath, an awareness of the core and the pelvic floor, which brings strength and tone to these muscles, improving posture, reducing pack pain and helping you move with grace through daily life.


Yogalates is suitable for men and women of all levels. It is fine to be a beginner and there will be options given to increase the challenge as appropriate for each individual.

If you are pregnant, you can attend this class and alternatives will be given for some of the practices.
